 Please schedule an online appointment below for your
"Install, Repair, or IT
Services" request.
Our goal for the appointment is: Initial Services.
These
services will include a remote connection to your
computer to provide you with IT support and services
directly to your computer/network at your Home or Office
at any time.
These
services will be at a $55.00 per hour rate. Within the
first 10-15 minutes our technicians will diagnose the
problem.
If
the problem can be resolved by remote assistance the job
will be completed with the IT support remote assistance
at the rate of $55.00 per hour.
If
the technician is not be able to complete the job
remotely within of the first 10-15 minutes they will
advise the customer to schedule an appointment for a
technician to go to the site to complete the job.
The
customer will not be obligated to pay for the initial
10-15 minutes for the remote diagnostic if the
technician has to go to your site. At the customer
request the technician will go to your site at a rate of
$95.00 per hour.
Please let us know of any
changes with your appointment
at least 12 hours prior to
your appointment time so we
can meet your needs.
